Mission
Somatik Circle exists to bridge the worlds of mental health and movement through embodied practices that empower individuals to reconnect with themselves, release emotional blocks, and cultivate joy. By combining therapeutic insight with the expressive power of flow arts, we create spaces for healing, self-discovery, and community connection.
Vision
To create a world where embodied healing is accessible, celebrated, and integrated into everyday life—where individuals reconnect with their bodies, express their truth through movement, and find empowerment through somatic awareness. Somatik Circle envisions communities rooted in mental wellness, creative expression, and collective healing through the power of flow.
