These private sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re new to hoop dance and curious to explore, or a seasoned flow artist seeking personalized guidance, refinement, or somatic support.
Together, we’ll co-create a practice that centers your goals, pace, and body’s needs. Flow is about more than tricks (though we can review certain tricks together)—it’s a pathway to presence, play, and personal power.
What a Session Can Include:
🎶 Warm-up and grounding exercises to connect with breath and body
🌀 Technique building tailored to your current level (off-body, transitions, concepts of flow, musicality, etc.)
💃 Flow prompts to support creativity, confidence, and self-expression
🌺 Somatic practices to regulate your nervous system and deepen body awareness
🌈 Space to explore movement as a form of emotional release or personal growth

Private lessons are available in person (Napa area) or virtually via Zoom.
Sessions are typically 75 minutes, with longer options available.
